Ich hatte früher zwei andere Geräte vom Typ Tens zur Schmerzlinderung beim HWS-Syndrom taugten. Erst mit diesem Gerät (Beurer EM 59) spüre ich eine echte Schmerzlinderung. Ich benutze es jetzt seit 3 Monaten - einmal am Tag für 2-3 Stunden die ganze Zeit, es mag viel erscheinen, aber ich schalte es auf Stufe 4-5 maximal und auf die Heizung stark. Und es funktioniert super, lindert die Schmerzen in meinen Nackenmuskeln und den Muskeln entlang meiner oberen Wirbelsäule. Nach solchen Behandlungen kann ich die Nacht ohne Schmerzen durchschlafen. Ich sollte hinzufügen, dass ich im Moment seit 3 Monaten auf eine Operation warte. Dieses Gerät erleichtert mir also das Leben, und ich muss nicht mehr so viele Schmerzmittel einnehmen wie früher. Auch das Aufkleben der Elektroden ist kein Problem, da sie recht groß sind und durch den Stecker direkt am Kabelausgang leicht zu greifen sind. Leider gehen die Gel-Pads recht schnell kaputt - sie halten bei mir ein bis zwei Wochen - 2-3 Stunden pro Tag. Aber zum Glück sind sie recht einfach durch neue zu ersetzen. Einfach die alten von der Elektrode abrollen, die Elektrodenoberfläche gründlich reinigen und entfetten, und dann ganz vorsichtig, Stück für Stück, die neuen Gel Pads aufkleben. Das Gerät hat viele Modi, im Moment benutze ich den Massagemodus - der passt am besten zu mir, er läuft 20 Minuten und schaltet sich dann ab. Ich schalte es wieder ein, indem ich ein anderes Programm wähle - das ist wichtig, damit sich meine Muskeln nicht an einen Modus gewöhnen. Also wähle ich alle 20 Minuten ein anderes Programm - das funktioniert super! Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich mit dem Beurer EM 59 eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen habe und mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden bin - ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Read more

This is such an amazing product I just received it yesterday. I’ve done one session only over night woke up in the morning and my back already feeling amazing the next morning. ordered it last night and received it before lunchtime. fast delivery but surprisingly like it comes from the oven it was hot and I ordered creams together with this product, anyways. I have tried different machines like this before, powerdot is still my fave but the price is too much. pros: - the heating future of this machine is what I love the most. It's not hot that will burn you but decent amount of heat - powerful - simple to use, 3 modes on the menu panel and the heating function has a separate button - gel pads replacement are not that expensive ( compatible ones) I think this will wear off easily cons - the pads - unlike other pad attachments, this one uses gel pads maybe because of the heat function, I hope this attachment device will not tear/wear off anytime soon replacement is quite expensive - no hard case - expensive overall - decent device if you think you need the heat function it's definitely worth it, I bought this for that special reason and I am pleased with the low/hi setting not weak and not too much. if you are looking for TENS/EMS function only, I think other brands can deliver as much as the same with a little hole in your pocket. Perfect device. Come with 2 channels, 2 cable sets and 4 gel pads. Pulses can be very strong - adjust carefully. For pads replacement, be sure that connectors are 3.5mm button style. I ordered wrong pads which come with 2.5mm buttons. The cables are tiny, for sure will break soon. Unfortunately, hard to find replacements. But device is very good (read the included manual!).
