I needed something to help with my energy levels, so a friend suggested Amino Energy. I'm not a fan of powdered drink mixes, but she raved about how awesome this stuff is, so I figured I'd give it a try. I went for the Peach Lemonade first. As soon as it arrived I made myself a drink and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. It wasn't too sweet or bitter, and there was no powder taste. It mixed perfectly with my water (I used about 16-18 oz of water to 2 scoops). I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels since drinking this. I workout in the morning, and afterwards I drink a cup of this. I don't get any jitters or feel awkward, I just feel like I got a great nights sleep and have energy to get everything I need to done. I recently purchased the Blueberry Mojito flavor from GNC and it was really good as well. I would highly recommend both flavors! I tried the premade watermelon drink, and that was so sweet I could hardly finish my sip, I'm not sure if the powder is as overbearing. I highly recommend this stuff! ON is quickly becoming my go to brand for my workout and fitness! I have five of the Amino Energy now and I love them all! The grape with collagen is the one I like mixing with others to combine flavors since I am not a huge grape person. It still tastes really good though and I love the added benefit of the collagen. Strawberry burst tastes exactly like a pink starburst. It is so good! I love using this before and during my workout. Cotton Candy smells exactly like cotton candy. It has a blueberry cotton candy flavor. I really like it! Watermelon is ok for a pre, but I am not a huge fan of the flavor to sip on but it is more my flavor profile liking. It still tastes amazing! Pineapple is really good too. It is more subtle with the flavoring than some of the others. I have also dry scooped some of these for a pre-workout. I like them both ways!
