Mis pies miden 27,5 cm y tallo el 43 en la mayoría de calzado. Las Salewa en talla 43 van perfectas, como un guante. La suela es más rígida que una bota normal, pero se anda perfectamente con ellas. Recomendables para todo tipo de senderismo, ya sea suave o complicado. Apropiada para caminos complicados con pendientes, con piedras sueltas y piedras cortantes, incluso llevando mochilas de peso medio. De lo mejor que he visto en botas técnicas para usuarios normales que hacen senderismo incluso de dificultad alta y que no van a necesitar crampones porque no se van a meter en hielo; o sea, el 95% de la población... The Salewa Mountain trainers are what i consider to be a crossover boot between a Burly backpacking boot and an entry level mountaineering boot. The Mt trainers have the attitude of a mountaineering boot but lacks a true stiff midsole. I also own a pair of Salewa crows which have a complete stiff sole. The mt trainers are a great option if you're scrambling, backpacking, hiking through scree and hopping over talus rocks. You can used them for normal hiking but they may be overkill for some people because they are in the heavier side, you're definitely not going to win any marathons with these. I definitely love the style and colorway, however I do wish they came with green laces instead of the oranges ones but that a small gripe. I highly suggest going 1/2 to a full size larger on these for several reasons, 1) they are made in Europe, European made shoes tend to run smaller. 2) highly recommend to use wool socks, thicker socks take up more volume 3) your feet will swell up at the end of the day Im a size 10 and i bought these in a size 11 and im really glad i did. You also may want to put in a good aftermarket insole, Salewa's multi fit foot bed insoles are flat and really dont cushion well. Overall these are extremely well made boots, if you're looking for a great backpacking boot that can be used even in just about all kinds of mountain terrain than these are the boots for you.
