I wear a 6 1/2 to 7 shoe. My foot is a little wide at the toes. I ordered a US Lady 5/6 and they fit perfect! I won’t be using them until January but chose to try them because my long fins are hard to pack. I only snorkel so I think they will be fine in calmer water. He probado ya varias aletas en mi vida, y las Cressi, de momento, puedo decir que son las mejores hasta ahora. Antes de estas tuve unas Cressi Light, que también me fueron fenomenal, me duraron 3 años, usándolas cada día en la piscina. Como aletas cortas, para mí, creo que son las mejores. Son muy cómodas y van perfectas para cumplir con su misión en la piscina como aletas para practicar la natación. Se nota el impulso que dan al dar la patada en el agua imprimiendo un toque de velocidad, que otras aletas no dan, o al menos, tanto como estas. Son muy suaves al tacto en los pies, parece que no las lleves puestas. En una palabra son excelentes y además están a un precio muy bueno. Las recomiendo a todos/as los que practicáis este fabuloso y al mismo tiempo exigente deporte como es el de la natación. Estoy muy contento con estas aletas de natación. Desde el primer momento, me resultaron increíblemente cómodas. Se ajustan perfectamente al pie, lo que proporciona una sensación de seguridad y estabilidad mientras nadas. Never used these before, but went on holiday where a sports club was based. Went to the pool and was given hand paddles, fins, floats, etc. OMG great fun! Tiring but fun! If you like swimming and never used them, buy some! You motor down that pool! Anyway the club used Cressi fins which come with foot lasts to maintain foot shape. I am a 8.5 UK size and had to use size 7-8 UK for a tight fit. They are well made and the fin length seems just right for swimming. LA 2028 here I come! Of all the fins that I have used, this is the best so far. It is light and comfortable. I initially purchased the 37/38 size but it wasn't comfortable since it's a bit loose, although this is my regular shoe/sandal size..
