I read a few reviews here and ehile laughing I decided to give it a try. Following the instructions I took 2 capsules at bedtime, then decided to take 2 more the morning after. I didnt have any reaction all day so I had one capsule again at bedtime. The following morning I had the day off thankfully, because the abdominal cramps had me doubled over and groaning. The following few hours were a brand new experience to behold. My first private meeting session was as if I was giving birth to the fossilized remains of the dino nuggets I had in elementary school back in the 90s, followed by a sack slapper of a brown snake moan. I was shocked at the volume. An hour later a second meeting was called, and I proceeded to transform into a soft serve play dough factory. The ghosts of a thousand tacos lamented audibly and aromatically. Another 2 hours pass and I foolishly trust what I thought was flatulence prompting an emergency code brown meeting. It has been 2 weeks and each day is as magnificent as the last, with meetings productive and astonishing in the magnitude. I have effectively lost 5 pounds, and pretty much every day is a 3 meeting type of day. I am hoping that I can return to a one meeting in the morning type of routine, but as far as getting things moving after sobriety roadblocks, this is effective. I have struggled IBS-C for as long as I can remember . Constant constipation , bloating and pain daily . Depending on laxatives most of the time . It’s a nightmare . I feel like I should review this for my IBS- C brothers and sisters ( the struggle is real). I bought naturewise digestive enzymes a long with the fiber cleanse. I take the digestive enzymes 30 minutes before meals and 2-3 fiber cleanse at night . I have had relief for this week !! Less bloat and painless BM in the mornings . I also drink a lot of water . This stuff is great.I use it once a week. On rare occasions I may use it twice but that's just my body. I read many reviews before trying this product and decided I would take the chance. Since every person's body is different to say nothing of gender, weight, age etc., there is really no way to predict what may happen for you. This is simply my experience. I know enough about this type of product to know it's a good idea to start out with half the recommended dosage. I took one capsule to start with and have continued with just one as that works great for me. I'm also aware that it takes about 12 hours, when your body is functioning well, for food etc. to pass through. With that in mind I took the first capsule about 4:00 in the afternoon. That seems to be the right timing for me. The first dose I had a couple of mild cramps which I knew would be gas passing, but that was the extent of my discomfort. It absolutely cleanses. I have been dealing with the after-effects of two hysterectomy type procedures that no one mentioned would affect my bowels. Without getting into detail, I will say before those procedures I was "perfect" with rare exceptions. Since, it's been a struggle.
