I am Vegetarian and was looking for something to help boost my vitamin intake without buying lots of separate vitamins. I know everyone has different skin types, different hair types etc. but I truly believe these vitamins work so well for me. I have previously taken hairburst which also worked but wasn't as exciting to take. I genuinely look forward to taking these every morning, they taste gooooood! I noticed another review stating that the Biotin in these will cause acne for sensitive skin and yes that is true, they CAN cause acne... I already have acne and I believe these did affect my skin, I did start getting quite painful spots on a daily basis. I wouldn't let this put you off trying them, if you have a break out just stop using them! I had my hair coloured right as I started taking this vitamin which has acted as a fantastic indicator for how quickly it's growing. My roots are making me anxious. I have had to take a break from these to let my skin settle down which is an absolute shame, I just wish they were cheaper (I have tried cheaper alternatives from Tesco but saw no results whatsoever).
