I've been using Biosil for about 4 months now, and wow, I truly believe in this product. I have always been paranoid about my hair thinning and since using this product I have noticed significantly less shedding. I have also noticed a significant amount of new growth and baby hairs, as well as my existing hair growing much faster. My hair seems thicker, healthier, and shinier with less breakage. As far as effects on skin, I haven't noticed much of a difference in fine lines or wrinkles, however I am only 28 so this isn't much of a problem for me. However I do strongly believe that the product will assist in prevention and help me to maintain elasticity in my skin, simply because of the noticeable and positive effects it has had on my hair. I do believe, as with any vitamins, that consistency is key. I am convinced anyone who has not had a positive experience with this product did not give it enough time, or did not use the product consistently. It is a bit pricey, but in my opinion is 100% worth the price if you commit to the product. I found it to be slightly cheaper on Amazon than it is at Whole Foods. Read more
