PROS 1. Sounds very good out of the box. 2. Lots of routing options. Love the XLR outs. 3. Synth, although limited, can be tweaked for an extremely OK-ish sound. 4. Nice sounding on-board effects, mostly modelled on Mooer pedals. 5. FX order can be changed. 6. Windows editing tool for desktop control. 7. "Tone capture" to capture the tone of guitars, amps, cabs...almost anything. I have not used this feature yet. CONS 1. It is a nightmare for live performances. The pedal is simply too small, and the switches to close to each other to make it a serious gigging tool. 2. MIDI implementation is extremely limited...basically switching effects on and off. No manipulation of any parameters via MIDI. Also, using an external MIDI pedal to switch FX makes the screen switch to editing mode. This is infuriating. 3. Limited to the standard WAH, compression, OD, reverb, delay + 2 additional FX per patch. You can't have a tremolo, chorus and octaver effect (for example) in a single patch. Choose any 2 additional FX. 4. Waaaay overpriced. Spend a few dollars more and get BOSS or Headrush. 5. No FX "stacking". You can't have 2 of the same effect in a patch. 6. Although the choice of stock amps are very wide (from clean country to heavy metal), only a handful of the onboard options really jump up and grab you. Some of the sampled tones are extremely questionable. You think to yourself...really, they chose to sample THIS setting? VERDICT Nice toy, but definitely not for serious musicians. I truly regret buying this, although it is a fairly decent multi-fx pedal. I will most probably leave this in the rehearsal room, and buy something more suitable for live shows. The tiny footprint, inflexibility of the FX, and poor MIDI implementation makes this pedal borderline unusable if you are a serious working musician. Read more
