It is based on the legendary King Hauler (item 300056301) - the "primeval father" of all Tamiya trucks. The King Hauler body has undergone a thorough tuning treatment and includes numerous new and changed parts based on the current American truck tuning scene. So the Tamiya designers built metal parts, chrome-plated plastic parts for a new distinctive look. Furthermore, the new Grand Hauler has a longer frame compared to the King Hauler and makes it a real show truck.
