I never write reviews for supplements. I started taking this because I started using an NAD+ patch. They recommend taking a menthylation supplement. (I'd never even heard of it). I took 3 tablets in the morning before my patch. Within 30 or 45 minutes, I immediately felt great, energetic. I can't even explain it. I hadn't changed anything else. I thought , "no way".
