Is this the most supportive travel pillow? No, definitely not, but it is fabulous to travel with. Really lightweight, super portable, the versatility is great. Have used it on a very long transatlantic flight with multiple layovers and it helped me feel very cosy and comfortable, or as much as is possible on a plane. It’s not going to be as supportive as memory foam or something really stiff, but it does feel like a small lightweight duvet around your neck, which is a big plus for me. Edit: so I took it on my flight and boy was it a lifechanger! I was able to adjust it to fit my head or neck exactly how I wanted while lying against the window of the plane and actually fell asleep! I never fall asleep on planes so it was such a lovely change. I love this little duvet scarf so much, makes me feel very cozy and comfy while travelling and I even used it in the air bnb for some extra support around my neck while scrolling on my phone in bed. 1000000% recommend! I haven't taken it on my flight just yet but in a day I will be! I am obsessed with my duvet and just snuggling things by my neck so I'm hoping on the flight it will give me that comfort I need. I absolutely love this product for travel and regular life. I have had it for about two months and use it every night for sleep, and often for watching TV and reading. I’m even thinking of getting another for my car. My favorite thing is using it for sleep and sensory regulation at home. I am neurospicy and hypermobile, so I have a number of sensory issues and terrible back pain. This thing is like a comfort object and a posture support device in one. It helps support my posture and alignment while seated or lying down. It’s made my mornings so much better because I wake up less stiff and sore. I have never been able to find a pillow that adequately supports the back of my neck, but this fills in the gap between my head/neck and the bed pillow. I used to have issues with my arms and back falling asleep at night because I curl my wrists in and scrunch my upper body in my sleep. I have found that wrapping this around one shoulder, up around my neck, and then hooked on my other arm keeps my upper body in a neutral position all night. It also feels comforting and helps me fall asleep faster because it gives some deep pressure which helps with sensory regulation. It’s honestly been a game changer. It wasn’t the most firm option for a travel pillow (I usually like a firm memory foam in the traditional u-shaped travel pillows), but it’s so versatile I was able to find multiple comfy positions on the plane when I took it on vacation. I love this travel pillow, be it for flights, travels in the car, the train, you name it! The fabric is super soft and the pillow is so comfortable. There are so many options to use it, it is amazing. I have used it several times, even as a pillow while camping, and I find it super comfortable. It comes with a carrying bag and a velcro strap to keep it securely rolled up and stored. I have washed it at 30° in the washing machine and it has come out as good as new.
