My wife and I, after having used N.O. Xplode for over 10 years can definitively say that one or two scoops will really get you going. I will, before a pushup session, take this and feel an immediate energy boost. The blue raspberry tastes so good (to me), with no harsh chemical, or sickly sweet aftertaste.
