You know I'm not really sure what to make of this. It used to work great and then I had digestive trouble with it - but I've had digestive troubles with many many things of all different categories. Recently Ive made great strides so tried it again but my body just flat out rejected it...that being said, all of a sudden I removed almond butter from my diet, my morning meal specifically, and all of a sudden I had no problems digesting the rest fo the meal! So I've already returned this but I'm wondering if that compounded the issue. It's amazing how removing one small item from a diet can change so many things is such a DRASTIC way, but that's just how my body and mind have always been. I'll probably try the collagens next, and if that doesn't work I'll go back to the isolates but stirred into a good mix of fats and carbs as opposed to just a thin smoothie/drink. It's unflavored so there is nothing exciting about it. It tastes like most unflavored protein powders. It does dissolve very well with no lump and no grit. I am not the biggest fan of the scoop. It's a rectangle and spills a bit when I'm pouring it into my blender bottle. I usually buy 100% whey protein isolate but wanted to try this protein out. This one makes me sooo gassy ... not sure I would buy whey protein again (of any brand) for that reason but would try NOW 100% whey protein isolate. Read more

This is a great product all around. But I bought it specifically to sneak protein into a family member's diet. At 100 years old, they do not always want a protein packed meal. This powder disappears in mashed potatoes and oatmeal and other high carb foods . Note the powder is not clear, but has a opaque milky appearance. I also slip it into smoothies and milkshakes without paying for those pre-made drinks. When I'm in a hurry, I'll even use it for a energy boosting drink and have even mixed it with fruit punch (out of desperation) and it tasted great. Read more
