we received the Zwilling Passion pans - they look beautiful. One of the lids had a dent in it so we started a return process. These are sourced from Amazon UK, and if I would have gone through with the return, it would have cost me $200 in shipping - which is more than the pans cost. Amazon would only cover $20. Ottimo set di pentole, si vede subito la differenza con pentole più economiche. Adatte all'induzione, ho notato però che mettendo la potenza delle piastre su 9 o P le pentole emettono un sibilo molto fastidioso (mi sembra di aver capito che sia dovuto al doppio metallo del fondo -alluminio e acciaio-). Almeno con l'induzione le maniglie non si scaldano in maniera eccessiva, non ho mai dovuto usare le presine neanche dopo una mezz'ora di cottura su 5-6. Decisamente più pratici questi coperchi in acciaio rispetto al vetro dato che non avendo guarnizioni e elementi che fissano la maniglia (essendo saldata) non si ferma lo sporco. Oltretutto la maniglia è abbastanza grossa e piatta da poter appoggiare il coperchio di rovescio sul piano di lavoro senza che si ribalti (come ero abituato a fare con le vecchie Imco che avevano il classico pomello piatto). Se iniziano a fare aloni violacei/arcobaleno all'interno basta pulirle con l'aceto, come è anche spiegato nelle istruzioni d'uso. Read more
