Actually it's very nice. It shows d impact on abdominal muscles. It is not a carset type belt for which we can use whenever we want n when we want to remove also its easy. The phulcrum is of high quality cause I put on so much after my baby's delivery and no other belts could hold my tummy properly or they got loose due to deir quality. D other belts I bought for 1000rs and its a waste n also bought two other which got loose just after ten to fifteen uses. But tynor belt sits properly. Though u get to bend ur spine it never crumbles and so d abdominal muscle contraction could happen with it easily and u can wear according to ur comfort level. I am using almost whole day except nights. Its not seen from some clothes but t shirts its visible that we wore something inside. With this i can even run. I hope this works for long.
