In shower I didn’t notice a difference at all, but I did take time working through hair. You def have to have your regular conditioner. I applied backwards, this product, rinsed, then regular conditioner. During blow dry I really noticed hair was less dry, stronger and just felt healthier. I’m impressed and will def buy again!.
