I think this is my first review ever but I feel like this product can really help people feel normal again if you’re struggling. The first few days I could feel the vitamins filling in my deficiencies. Once I got to my baseline I could actually back it down to just one pill a day. For reference I’m 5’10” 245 so even a big guy like me, one pill has been plenty. I’m surprised they don’t call this supplement the limitless pill because the energy and focus that comes along with it has been amazing. The contents of the capsule as probably just as good as said on the box but the smell of them is awful. It literally makes me want to vomit. I took one and couldn't stand it at all left me nauseous for so long. Do not recommend and the smell is literally so bad. Read more

This multi-vitamin helps my wife fill any dietary voids. My wife and I both take several different Thorne products everyday. We trust Thorne. We know that they use the best quality ingredients and they do the research to back up each one of their formulations. The price point is a bit more than some other manufacturers, however, we do believe the quality is better. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, especially with supplements. I eat horribly. I'm a gen x'er whose parents pawned me off with oreos for breakfast. A lifetime of fast food & eating like a child. My hormone Dr, who is also an internist, only recommends Thorne. Their vitamins have backed science and quality ingredients, vs cheap fillers like other brands. I was having issues with hair loss, due to not getting in enough nutrients from food. Taking one of these in the morning and 1 at night was a game changer. Good: Decent, honest vitamin/mineral stack. Imho excessively high B12 and chromium doses, but quite good otherwise. (I say "honest" because the Thorne product does not pad its ingredient list with dozens of dubious plant extracts in doses far too small to be useful - an annoying trend in this market.) Thorne's claims of quality and bioavailability seem to be on target; I definitely notice the difference when I skip taking them for a few days. Bad: You definitely don't want to take these on an empty stomach. I popped two immediately after I received my first order, and that was the first and last time I did so. They're easily tolerated if you take one each with morning and evening meals. Get more than an hour or so away from meal time, however, and you can count on a bout of queasiness. Price is about mid-range for similar stacks from other brands, but their claimed quality control might make it worth the higher price. Ugly: Oh dear god, that SMELL! It isn't like B vitamins smell all that good to start with, but opening one of these bottles is like stepping into an organic chemical factory. I find it hard to believe they can't find a way to mitigate this. Bottom line: Once you find a way to choke it down, this seems to be pretty good stuff. After doing some research on multivitamins I determined that this one was ideal, especially for me, as it contains enough zinc, d3, some K2 (although Mk7 form would be better), b-complex in decent amounts, chromium, allowing me to reduce the number of pills I take each day by having them all packed in 2 pills of great quality, highly bioavailable, vitamins and minerals. But before clicking the buy button, I started reading reviews, and saw a flurry of very negative comments of putrid, nauseating, smell, that were quite concerning. I decided to give it a try anyway. When I received the vitamins, I opened the bottle slowly with a bit of anxiety, expecting an overwhelming smell of sulfur, to make me regret my purchase. But nothing of the sort. So I dig my nose in the bottle after shaking it to see if I didn’t smell anything either because I was too far, or because the smell was trapped. And again, nothing but the smell of an ordinary multivitamin. I was reassured. It could be that previous buyers got a batch that has supply chain issues, I have frankly no idea. So don’t let the negative reviews discourage you from trying one of the best multivitamins out there. Are they odorless? No. But do they smell (bad)? Not even close. I hope this helps. Read more
