This NAC is good for me. I mix it with L Carnitine Fumarate power (also from Bulk Supplements), and a small amount of molybdenum - that combo works well together. In case you are new to NAC I'll share my experience. Years ago, I tried NAC, it made my stomach hurt, I felt yuck for at least an hour, and I concluded it was bad for me. But I kept reading how it's such a good supplement for many people, so after a few years went by I tried it again, but same unpleasant result. More years passed, I tried it a third time, and again was reminded why I never started taking it. Oh, my stomach hurt. Finally, I appreciate a poster here on Amazon who wrote that NAC may make you feel rough the first 3-4 days you take it, but generally things level out after that. I tried it a fourth time, THIS TIME beginning with an extremely small amount once a day - equivalent to 1/2 or 1/3 of a capsule. Then after tolerating that for 3-4 days, I moved up to the equivalent of 1 capsule per day, and took that a few days. Finally I was able to graduate up to taking one serving twice a day with no problem. NAC is likely to kick up your detoxification (since it promotes production of glutathione), so if you are new to taking it, be aware of this. Whenever you start anything new that makes you detox, you may well need to start slower and graduate up. NAC is also reputed to be a biofilm buster, so that is another reason to start slow. By starting out slow, and moving the dose up slowly, I can now take it consistently with no problems. It was 'suggested' -by a locally renowned psychiatrist- that I take NAC many years ago when I was suffering depression after a long term battle with Opioids and Alcoholism, I had tried every antidepressant medication that he and other Doctors I had seen had in their arsenal.
