I use this honey in my creation of Cyser (Mead and Hard Cider mixed). It ferments well and it's price point is prefect for me as I use 2lb of honey in my 1 gallon of Cyser. This honey combined with Amazons branded Apple Juice https://a.co/d/2ukKmnh comes out really greet. I have everything else in bulk so not factoring in the yeast, yeast food and cleanser. This is a 15.00 per gallon Cyser! Oh also you might think me pointing you towards Apple Juice is misleading. I have tried a million (not literally) brands of cider and juices, one or two come close to the final taste but nothing beats it, i my opinion. Hard cider can be made from any juice that doesn't have preservatives in it. In this strange case the cheap Amazon brand tastes great. A few other brands were a bit better but AT LEAST > 2x price. We have used several major brands of honey and Nate's is the best by far. It has consistently good flavor. It's all natural, rather than many brands which are processed. I have read that the raw honey is healthier. I'm not sure about that from a scientific perspective, but at least I know it is completely organic. We also use it when we can as a healthier substitute for process cane sugar and artificial sweeteners.
