It took a little over two months to see results. I almost gave up. Then I noticed my endurance went off the charts. What used to cause muscle fatigue no longer was problematic. My workouts became like Cross Fit. I became a believer. I did not use the heavy dosing method, but rather the slow build-up of 5 grams daily. It took about 6 weeks for the strength and endurance to suddenly show up. I am glad I didn't quit taking it when I was still in the weakling phase. Yes, it works, but for me, I did experience the abdomen bloating. I am hoping that will diminish as I add more core exercises. The upper body, thighs, calves have shown the most improvement.
