Expiry on 17 OCT 2025. The scoop is big and the instructions says mix 1 scoop with 6 oz of liquid = 177 ml which is little amount of liquid? I didn't try it yet but I don't know how will this big scoop mix in 177 ml of liquid? The instructions also says for best results, consume 4 scoops daily for a minimum of 6 weeks! OMG 4 big scoops of this daily will make me a hippo soon and for what! For world bodybuilding championship or just for buying more of this stuff! NO, I'll not consume 4 scoops a day and I'll not take it between meals as long as I already had my meals. I'll just take one scoop after the exercise. I’ve been using this product now for over a year. It works fantastic now I just tried the strawberry by far. This is the best flavor with little peanut butter and some frozen fruit. This makes the best smoothie in the morning.

After using it as directed for two weeks I developed a toxic reaction which included nausea and severe dermatitis. The symptoms were consistent with toxic reaction toAcesulfame Potassium. It has also been reported that Sucralose over time can cause problems. Certainly there are better choices for Potassium and sweeteners. Allulose would be good, or simply don't sweeten it, and let some fruit do the job.

Out of this, my only gripe is how poorly it mixes. I’ve tried shaker bottles and I’ve tried blending it into a smoothie. Both left chunks. That’s being said the taste is pretty good and it’s satiating.

For context, I'm not a serious bodybuilder or power lifter, just an old fat guy in my 70s that's trying to stay sorta fit. I lift three days a week, about a couple hours a day. I use a protein powder after workouts and creatine before. It seems I've been running out of energy about an hour into my workout, I do my heavy lifting first. Reading the info on this, they talk about some pre-workout supplements in the formula, so why not. Instead of some cereal or oatmeal, I'm having a protein drink about an hour and a half before my workout with the creatine in it. In a couple of days, I could tell a difference in my energy at the end of my workout which is important since I've added farmer carries as my last sets carrying 90 pounders now. Placebo? Who knows? So far...it has made a noticeable difference to me.

Amazing protein mix as well, With fluids and food. Only downside is for some reason the guys are there keep fluctuating the prices. Only a few weeks ago I picked it up under 40 pound, And now it’s the 50 pound mark… The prices have moved a few times Randomly day-to-day.

I purchased MuscleTech whey protein, but unfortunately, it didn't agree with my stomach and caused discomfort. Thinking it might be a personal sensitivity, I passed it on to a friend. To our disappointment, both she and her husband experienced the same issue. It seems this product might not be suitable for everyone.
