It's good enough. It dissolves completely in warm/hot water with a stir. It won't dissolve at all in cold liquid and has some clumps in room temperature water. Because it's collagen, it's pretty light, vicious, and clear in hot water unlike a whey or pea protein shake. It can set a little bit like gelatin if you put the liquid in the fridge. I find it easy to drink in hot water. I sometimes add carrot turmeric juice into my warm water for flavor. I don't really rate protein based on taste, but it's better than whey or pea protein. I researched collagen before deciding on which to get. I was looking for at least 20g/serving/day/single serving. I take it at night right before bedtime because collagen works better while you sleep. I put it in about 4-5oz of coconut milk and Ovaltine, and use the blender to avoid clumps. It has no flavor at all, and the consistency is smooth. I tried the Giant brand and did not have good results at all. I've been using this brand for over 2 months and have noticed my nails stronger and healthier. The same with my hair. Also, you get the right amount of servings per container.
