Great product and very affordable option if you're unsure about trying something like this. I like to sprinkle a tiny bit at the root and rub it in. Sometimes I also add it to the root of my ponytail for added volume. I would only use this on the root, and try to use it strategically instead of all over your head. The texture is NOT pleasant (which is normal for these volume powders). For that reason, I usually don't use this on fresh clean hair, unless I'm intentionally styling it for an event. Pro: It provides really good grip when using hair clips or doing any kind of updo (esp if you have silkier hair). It also adds nice volume when I curl/tease my hair. I also don't find it makes my hair look that dirty/greasy, with often happens with products you apply to the root. Con is obvious that the texture doesn't feel nice and it can be hard to wash out.
