I usually hate running, but this morning after taking this I was able to improve my mile time by a bit. I was averaging 3 minutes less per mile than I typically do. During my work out I was feeling focused and motivated. Usually when I run I hate every minute of it and find any opportunity to walk but today I found myself actually enjoying it. I was also tracking my heart rate using my Apple Watch, typically when I run without this stuff my heart will end up in the 193-198 range even when I haven’t been running very long. Definitely see an increase in preformance after taking it. Taste is a bit dull but got more reps in felt less fatigue after each set.
