The big bag lasts my two birds a while and they love it. I transitioned them from seed and they got used to this pretty quickly. The vet recommended it because one of my budgie's beaks was overgrowing, and after the vet clipped it, it didnt regrow when I started her on this food! I was advised by my vet to change my buggies diet to a more nutritious one, as one of them plucks badly and he believes it to be internal, so trying to give her the best fighting chance! They WILL NOT usually eat anything other than anything seed based. Its been driving me insane! I've spent so much on things they just wont touch! Well.... to my great surprise they actually have been eating this! Actually shocked! Worth every single penny! In all honesty it smells rather nice! And my dog seemed to desperately want some too!
