This is my 2nd pair of white ledge boots . My first pair lasted over 7 years . My old boots are actually still in very good shape except the rubber soles are almost worn through , I can still use them to mow the lawn or as work boots . It was time for new ones though as I wanted a new sole with better grip . I used my old ones as daily boots in winter and as motorcycle boots and as hiking boots in summer . I put on dubbin graisse every two month to keep the leather in good condition and to keep the waterproofing.
