I love carbs but really don’t do very well on them and tend to put weight on - especially around my waist. I bought these tablets because I find a low carb diet hard to stick to - but I have to stay the days that I eat carbs I have taken these tablets I have been very surprised at how effective they actually are. My only issue about taking proportions was bcs of carbs,want to say that I think this is the best suplement I've bought,helps me burn all the carbs easier,making me feel full quicker,so cheap,I bought so many other suplements before to help me in this issue,but this is the best so far and for sure will buy again👍 Read more
