The spring water is great although I wish they wouldn't treat it first, I wish they would just filter it to preserve all the benefits of natural spring water. Even so, this product is amazing and I use it in may ways - to clean an injury, after washing my face with town water (ugh) to calm and restore my skin and prepare it for product, as a spritzer to rehydrate, to cool me down on a hot day I spray it all over my body especially the back of the neck. This product is calming and restores the skin to a balanced state that you can instantly feel. I love it so much. I bought this spray on prime day for my teenage daughter and she now uses it as a stable in her skincare routine. It is the one thing she uses from morning to night she loves it she said it’s her “holy grail” and I saw a fast change on her skin for good results put this on after the shower or before your skincare routine. I should be cleaning, but I'm going to procrastinate and write this review because I LOVE this mist! I have rosacea and have tried almost every moisturizer to treat it. Dr. Jart+Cicapair, Avene, etc. Most times I go without it because I think they break me out. I decided to try this mist alone since I'm not outside much. Wow! It works great as a moisturizer by itself! Shake the can well and spray on your face, neck, shoulders, whatever and it feels cool and refreshing. Especially on my hot rosacea. And it leaves a WONDERFUL GLOW that lasts and lasts. Family and friends have commented on how much better my skin looks. They say I look well-rested. It evens out my rosacea into a smooth, rosy glow. I mist my face 3-4 times a day because it feels so good. This spray is so much better than the Mario Badescu ones. And the cost is worth it because it's a tall, hairspray size can and you can usually find it on sale. It's definitely worth the couple extra dollars more than the Badescu ones. I bought this product because I was battling acne and thought the spray will help reduce the sensitivity and itching. I also was attracted to the proposition that it balances your skin’s ph levels. A few months ago I was experimenting with a lot of skimcare products and turns out that the active ingredients wreaked havoc on my skin. Now all I do is use a facewash and if my skin breaks out I use Clindac A 1% gel after it, or Acnewar Plus gel. After I bought this spray, I started a new night time routine - I cleanse my face thoroughly, apply the gel and spray on the Avene Thermal Water right before going to bed. 1-2 spritzes covers the whole face. Micro mist and a great nozzle for delivery. But I end up with about 5-6 or maybe a few more spritzes because it feels so good to drench your face- it’s a mildly cooling but a wholly refreshing feeling. You can feel your skin soaking in the water and in about 2-3 minutes it is all soaked in. It’s a rejuvenating process. Skin feels lightly tight (not dry but firm, in a good way) once the drops have been absorbed. Best part is I have been waking up every morning for the last 4 days noticing an unmistakable glow and plumped up, healthy skin. I didn’t read anywhere about a glow but it’s hard to not notice it and the only thing new in my routine is this spray! I already know this won’t be my last bottle :) A new fan of Avene Thermal Water Spray! Absolutely love having this as part of my bedtime ritual and addicted to the calming effect and waking up to a beaming glow! P.S. I hope the bottle lasts me longer than 30 days.
