Assistenza pessima, ho ricevuto un prodotto difettoso la prima volta che ha mandato in corto i cavi che vanno all'autoradio perchè sono cascate le plastiche con l'attacco dell'alimentazione invalidandomi cosí il sottochiave delle casse che era collegato anche all'autoradio rischiando cosí di bruciarmi i collegamenti! i bought two of these subs used hoping that there was some attempt at quality control. i feel utterly betrayed by amazon. the first used model was broken. first strike- burnt out coils from the previous customer and easily detected with my multimeter in seconds. second strike- the next subwoofer works but was a dated model, switched out by the previous customer as blatant fraud. they carefully packaged the switched out model to avoid detection. unbelievable that this got by returns. broken model on the right. switched model on the left. never again. i bought two new and hopefully i will write a positive review for an otherwise good product. got brand new ones. the thump is clean and mighty. unbeatable for price. using a small enclosed box, pushing the amp a bit with 2ohm wiring scheme. 5 star product all the way. just don’t buy used.
