I take this along with other Amino Acids. This helps with stiffness and general aches and pains. I’m a fan of Glycine because it just makes me feel better. Take before bed but if taken during the day doesn’t make me groggy. Addendum 3/10/2024 Just placed my 16th order for this Glycine. The quality has been good in every order. I just re-ordered the Solgar Glycine capsules. They are working great and I love that they are vegan and in a glass bottle. I was very impressed by Woohoo Natural’s shipping packaging for this product- they packaged the glass bottle firmly and very securely in a few layers of bubble wrap, and then in a thicker mailing envelope.
