I take this along with other Amino Acids. This helps with stiffness and general aches and pains. I’m a fan of Glycine because it just makes me feel better. Take before bed but if taken during the day doesn’t make me groggy. Addendum 3/10/2024 Just placed my 16th order for this Glycine. The quality has been good in every order.
