I take a liquid trace mineral product twice a week but need a little extra copper so I take this twice a week. It's shown itself to be bioavailable and consistent, I have no complaints. I'll have this in my auto ship. I know it's hard to find supplements that actually affect the body. The cheapest brands are usually not the best as they tend to use cheaper ingredients. Discovered I have a severe copper deficiency and my hematologist told me to take copper gluconate 2 mg daily. It can be a bit hard to find so was happy to find it here. I feel better but won't have labs taken again until December to check for sure but I think it has really helped.
