This stuff is fantastic! I am lactose intolerant and yet with these tablets I can tolerate some dairy. I personally still won't eat too much dairy out of fear but I have lactose intolerant family members who after a couple of tablets can happily have an entire milkshake. I have tried other, cheaper, brands but none have been as good. I will say that although when I use Lactaid I never have any pain I do still get occasional bloating if I have a lot of dairy produce. After a very long time I have found an effective supplement to deal with my lactose intolerance. I can now consume whey protein, chai lattes, pizzas, all thanks this product. I can't understand one thing though - why it has to be taken in a dose of 3 pills. Why couldn't they have made a dose of 1 pill ?! Maybe I am missing something. Read more
